Supported Calivoo devices operate offline and do not connect to Wi-Fi, cellular networks, or Calivoo cloud services.

Calivoo does not collect, store, or have access to readings generated by these devices. Readings are stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to Calivoo or third-party cloud services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

To provide our services and fulfill your orders, we collect certain personal information:

  • Contact Details: Name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email.
  • Financial Information: Payment details processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers.

Device readings stored locally on supported offline devices are not collected by Calivoo.

Readings generated by supported offline devices remain stored locally on the device and are not sent to Calivoo's servers. Please keep the device physically secure and follow the storage and handling instructions supplied with the product.
