Shipping & Delivery
Yes — Calivoo orders include free tracked shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. All shipments include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for the United States, Canada, and Australia; 3–5 business days for the United Kingdom; and 5–8 business days for France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most European destinations. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on our order tracking page or directly on the courier's website.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of delivery, contact us and our support team will review your request. Depending on the situation, we can help with a return, exchange, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. We may ask for your order details, photos, video, or product information so we can resolve the issue quickly.

All Calivoo products are covered by 1-year product warranty/support from the date of delivery. Our Devices

Calivoo test strips are designed specifically for use with their corresponding Calivoo devices. Using non-compatible strips may not work as intended and could affect warranty review. Please make sure you are ordering the correct strips for your device model — you can find compatible strips on each product page.
Orders & Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other payment methods supported at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. You can request a change or cancellation any time before your order ships. Please contact us at info@calivoo.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has shipped, the 30-Day Calivoo Confidence Guarantee may apply.
Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, and most of our main shipping countries usually do not require extra import duty from the buyer. Some countries may require the recipient to pay customs duties or taxes before delivery. If we identify a likely extra customs requirement before shipping, we will contact you first so you can choose to continue with the shipment or cancel the order.
